Registration activity

We record account-page visits, signup actions, and authentication error codes to understand registration problems. These records use a random browser identifier stored for up to 90 days to estimate repeat visitors, plus a temporary visit identifier. They do not include email addresses, passwords, or form contents. Unsent activity may be retried for up to seven days. Clearing browser storage resets these identifiers. We also use aggregate account creation and email-confirmation counts from our account service to understand signup completion. Activity reports are restricted to the site owner.

Information We Collect

We may collect information you choose to provide through contact forms, account registration, comments, and other interactive features. This may include your name, display name, email address, birthday, message content, comment text, selected comment topic, and any document or file information submitted through site tools.

Approved comments may appear publicly on the site, including the name and comment text submitted. Email addresses submitted with comments are used for moderation or administration and are not displayed publicly. Prayer requests may be posted under “Anonymous member,” but remain privately associated with the member account so the request can be moderated, edited, or deleted. Prayer requests and replies may reveal sensitive information when a member chooses to include it, so members are asked not to identify other people or share private records.

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to messages, manage user login, prefill comment forms for signed-in users, moderate comments, operate site features, reduce spam and abuse, maintain site security, and improve the website.

A birthday is used to display an optional birthday greeting and, when you opt in, send a birthday email. Community email preferences are used to send direct-reply notifications and updates about groups you have joined. These optional emails are sent only when the related preference is enabled in your account. Birthdays and email addresses are not displayed publicly.

This site uses Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites. Games And Leaderboards

Thriving Solo may display public game rankings supplied by ChristiGames, another service operated by Christi Games LLC. Leaderboard records may include a player-chosen display name, game and mode, score, completion time, moves or similar game statistics, puzzle identifier, and the date a result was completed. Public rankings show only the display name, rank, result, and related game information—not an email address.

If member-linked scoring is introduced, the services may exchange a secure, stable account identifier and moderation or security information needed to associate a result with an account and prevent abuse. Thriving Solo will not send a member's email address to a public leaderboard or display it with a score. Player names and results may be reviewed, replaced, or removed when they violate community standards or appear invalid. Learn more in the ChristiGames privacy policy.

Third-Party Services

The site may use third-party services for hosting, forms, content management, advertising, and security. These services may process technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and timestamps according to their own policies.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to operate the website, moderate comments, respond to inquiries, comply with legal obligations, and maintain records.
